Booking an appointment

Same-Day Appointments.

An appointment can be booked in person, by telephone or online. The practice has two doctors on duty for urgent or same day routine appointments. Please telephone the surgery giving brief  details of your problem to a receptionist who will put you on the same day doctors’ telephone list. The doctor will call you back and discuss your problem in detail so that the most appropriate service can be offered.

This may be providing a face to face appointment on the day or at a convenient time in the future, an appointment with another health care professional, a prescription, advice or tests may be arranged.

The telephone lines are very busy first thing in the morning, so if your problem isn’t an emergency please try and call after 9.30am, when we hope youll get through more quickly. Everyone who phones in will be contacted by one of our doctors.

Routine Appointments.

Routine appointments can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance, in person, online or by telephone. Special Clinic Appointments. These may all be booked in advance.

You may make an appointment by telephoning the surgery directly or in person. Online booking through our new clinical system provider SystmOne is currently is now available.

Please contact the surgery to register for SystmOne online services and you will be provided with a username and password.
